Centennial Park West overlooks Centennial Park in downtown
Atlanta. It is an 11-story structure with retail space on
the first level and residential units for the top ten
floors. A 2-level below grade parking structure provides
the parking for each of the condominium units.
Construction of this building utilizes post tensioned
cast-in-place concrete for the flat plate floors with
cast-in-place concrete columns and shear walls forming the
vertical support system. The building is supported on
auger cast piles. The structure contains approximately
300,000 square feet and was completed in 2003. |
