345 Frazier Street
345 Frazier is a five story structure containing
approximately 96,200 square feet. The building was
constructed of cast in place concrete utilizing flat plate
floor construction supported by columns and shallow spread
footings. Lateral loads are resisted by concrete shear
walls. The building was designed as a mixed use facility
with parking on the ground level, commercial on the next
level and condos on the upper levels. A three level cast
in place concrete parking deck utilizing flat plate slab
construction adjoins the building.
