The quality work that is the hallmark of Bennett & Pless is based in a team organizational approach, the nucleus of which consists of a Project Manager and a Project Engineer working with a Senior Principal and the Director of Engineering, who together direct each project in our offices. This approach promotes efficient and professional hands-on management by professionals while providing each client with at least three levels of contact into the firm. Mr. Pless has worked in all facets of the structural engineering profession, working with clients across the nation.  This broad geographical base has presented unlimited opportunities to study design techniques and construction procedures throughout the United States.

In addition to the 47 years of experience in the design and construction of numerous types of buildings, Mr. Pless has served as a structural consultant to many national insurance companies and majors lending institutions.  Mr. Pless has also served as a structural expert for both plaintiffs and defendants, and has served an an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
