Elan exemplifies three important Guiding Attitudes during her every day work life at Bennett and Pless: Collaborate, Be Hyper-Responsive, and Be Positive. She helped plan and execute our 2023 company wide retreat, bringing together 8 offices in one place. She was organized, determined, and excited to take on such as challenge, as she is every day.
Our Guiding Attitudes establish the fundamental behaviors Bennett & Pless Team Members seek to abide by each and every day. They are the foundation of our culture. Each quarter, an award is given to the Team Member that exemplifies the guiding attitudes in our every day work life.
