We assess current conditions, determine repair and maintenance options and design and coordinate the restoration plan.
To provide these services, we assemble a team of our highly knowledgeable and experienced individuals, who have direct and diverse project experience specifically in deck evaluation, repair design and restoration. Beyond this, our team also has expertise in performing life-cycle cost analyses of the repair recommendations as well as experience in developing capital asset management plans to make the most cost-effective and operationally viable decisions for your parking assets.
Wireless
Bennett & Pless has been involved in the telecom industry for over 25 years from the early analog years to the current digital era. As an industry leader we are we focus on our structural engineering expertise as it relates to telecom structures including wireless towers, tall broadcast towers, rooftop building installations, satellite dish installations and other telecom installations.
We are heavily involved in the wireless industry and are current on the TIA/EIA-222 Tower Structural Standards that define the requirements for antenna supporting structures to ensure they meet the needs of modern communications systems in various environmental conditions like wind, snow, and ice. We have the capacity, systems and national coverage to responsively meet the demands of this fast-paced industry.
The firm has been involved in the due diligence on portfolios totaling over 100,000 sites worldwide. Our services range from visual inspections, tower climbs, documentation reviews and structural analysis to fit the need of the buyer. Our work allows the buyer to assess the condition and capacity of the assets. Our deliverables include site specific findings, photo logs and a summary report outlining our observations, assessment and recommendations, including cost estimates associated with addressing capex and opex issues that support the buyers financial models. We have completed over 5,000 field visits and structural assessments in the US and over 7,500 worldwide and provide these services on over 1,000 telecom structures per year.
