Firms are evaluated using a comprehensive scoring system based on a corporate survey assessing firm-wide policies and practices, along with an anonymous employee survey measuring satisfaction, engagement, and real-time feedback.
This dual-survey structure ensures a data-driven approach, incorporating insights from tens of thousands of AEC professionals each year. In fact, the program compiles more than 2 million data points annually, making it the largest employee survey in the AEC industry. All participating firms receive a detailed breakdown of employee feedback, which serves as a valuable tool to guide strategic planning, recruiting, retention, and internal policy development.
