Chad Warren Named Chattanooga Department Manager
Chad Warren’s journey with Bennett & Pless spans nine years and is marked by consistent growth, dedication, and leadership development. Over the years, Chad has taken on increasing responsibility, and his path to leadership has been intentional. As part of our professional development program, Chad relocated to Chattanooga with the clear goal of preparing for a department management role.
In 2025, Chad co-managed the Chattanooga office alongside Tommy Ireland, gaining hands on leadership experience while ensuring continuity for the team. He is now officially stepping into the role of Chattanooga Department Manager. Tommy is not retiring but is thoughtfully working toward that next chapter while continuing to support the team during the transition.
Chad’s promotion reflects both his personal commitment to growth and Bennett & Pless’ long term investment in developing future leaders.
Joele Fowler Promoted to Knoxville Department Manager
With more than 30 years of experience, including his time with Carpenter Wright, Joele Fowler’s promotion is a testament to leadership built on deep institutional knowledge, trust, and consistency.
As part of a strategic evolution in leadership structure, Bennett & Pless introduced regional roles last year, with Ken Griffin stepping into the role of Regional Vice President of Tennessee. This shift created the opportunity for Joele to step into the Department Manager role in Knoxville, where his experience and leadership will continue to strengthen the team and support long term growth.
We are thrilled to welcome Joele to the management team and excited for the leadership he brings to this next chapter.
