For Q4 2025, we are proud to honor two exceptional team members: Steve Guinn from our Charlotte office and Robert Schottler from our Loudoun office.

Robert Schottler | Loudoun Office

Robert Schottler was recognized for the positive and lasting impact he has as a leader and mentor within the Loudoun office. His leadership style is grounded in consistency, integrity, and a genuine commitment to those around him. Robert’s approach has influenced not only day-to-day work, but also the overall culture of the office.

Steve Guinn | Charlotte Office

Steve Guinn was recognized for the respect he has earned as both an engineer and a teammate in the Charlotte office. Known as a steady presence and trusted problem-solver, Steve consistently brings a team-first mindset and a dedication to delivering outstanding results for clients.

His nomination captured the admiration his colleagues have for him, stating, “I look up to Steve very much and aspire to be as good of a person and an engineer as he is. He is a great role model and an engineer and employee that any and every firm would want.”
