- 12:00 PM: Lunch Buffet Opens (Ballroom Foyer)
- 12:45 – 1:45 PM: Welcoming Remarks – Bill Brown, CEO (Ballroom B/C)
- 1:45 PM – 2:00 PM: Break
- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Outside Speaker (Ballroom B/C)
- 4:15 PM – 5:45 PM: Tradeshow (Ballroom A)
- 4:30 – 5:30 PM: Room Key Distribution/Luggage Pick up
- 5:45 – 6:30 PM: Break
- 6:30 PM: Happy Hour (Upper Pool Deck)
- 7:30 PM: Dinner (Ballroom B/C)
Day 2 – Friday, September 12
- 8:30 AM: Breakfast (Ballroom Foyer)
- 8:45 AM – 11:45 AM: Culture Karaoke (Ballroom B/C)
- Please be sitting with your Karaoke group by 8:45 AM
- 10:45 – 11:00 AM: Break/Head to Front Lawn
- 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Group picture under Atlanta Braves Sign
- 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Truist Park Tour
- 12:30 – 1:00PM: Farewells & Departures
- All attendees leave by 1PM
