We’re excited to bring everyone together for this year’s company retreat, filled with opportunities to learn, connect, and celebrate. Over the course of two days, we’ll enjoy inspiring sessions, an engaging tradeshow, fun team activities, and plenty of time to relax and catch up with colleagues. From thought-provoking speakers to evening social events, this retreat is designed to bring our team closer and set the stage for the year ahead.

With 10 interactive booths highlighting each of our markets, you’ll have the chance to learn more about our projects, services, and teams. Ask questions, discover new opportunities, and see how every part of our company contributes to our success.
Culture Karaoke
Step up to the mic and celebrate what makes Bennett & Pless unique! Culture Karaoke is a fun contest highlighting our 23 Guiding Attitudes. Whether you sing, cheer, or just enjoy the show, it’s a great way to connect with colleagues and celebrate the values that make our culture so special.
Truist Park Tour
Take a behind-the-scenes look at Truist Park! From the locker rooms to the field, this tour gives you an insider’s view of the stadium experience. It’s a fun way to explore, learn some cool facts, and enjoy time with your colleagues outside the usual work setting.

Day 1 – Thursday, September 11
Welcome!
- 12:00 – 12:30 PM: Arrive at the Omni at the Battery and Luggage Drop Off
- 12:00 PM: Lunch Buffet Opens (Ballroom Foyer)
- 12:45 – 1:45 PM: Welcoming Remarks – Bill Brown, CEO (Ballroom B/C)
- 1:45 PM – 2:00 PM: Break
- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Outside Speaker (Ballroom B/C)
- 4:15 PM – 5:45 PM: Tradeshow (Ballroom A)
- 4:30 – 5:30 PM: Room Key Distribution/Luggage Pick up
- 5:45 – 6:30 PM: Break
- 6:30 PM: Happy Hour (Upper Pool Deck)
- 7:30 PM: Dinner (Ballroom B/C)
Day 2 – Friday, September 12
- 8:30 AM: Breakfast (Ballroom Foyer)
- 8:45 AM – 11:45 AM: Culture Karaoke (Ballroom B/C)
- Please be sitting with your Karaoke group by 8:45 AM
- 10:45 – 11:00 AM: Break/Head to Front Lawn
- 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Group picture under Atlanta Braves Sign
- 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Truist Park Tour
- 12:30 – 1:00PM: Farewells & Departures
- All attendees leave by 1PM
